please carefully & entirely read our Terms & Conditions below. By submitting your order you are agreeing to all of our rules & regulations that are listed in our policy!

Please review your invoice, the date, the dessert flavors, size, design theme, style and any attachments including inspiration photos. These details are the final decision made between [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] and customer for the order.

If, for any reason you do not agree to any of the details noted in the invoice prior to the payment, you are welcome to decline the order by sending an email to [maryssweettreatz01@gmail.com] Please note that payments made to [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] serves as your agreement to the Terms and Conditions i have setup

If, you decide to break these terms and conditions you are agreeing to pay all cost associated with filing a civil suit on my part.

Please allow 24-48 hours for response !

All custom cakes must be placed 2-3 weeks in advance

Inspirational pictures are welcomed. Please note that we do not replicate other bakers work! They are only for inspiration to adhere a similar look .iI will not create another bakers work !

COLOR MATCHING [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] uses candy chocolates and candy color for our treats. We will attempt to match our colors to the best of our ability. We can’t quarantee that our chocolates or candy will match 100%.

Orders cancelled after payment has been made are subject to the terms below.

CANCELED, POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED, ORDERS CANCELLED

In the event that you need cancel, postpone, or reschedule your order and [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] is not notified we will honor your full payment made as a dessert credit up to 1 year.

Postpone: to put off an event with date unknown

Reschedule: to schedule again with a new time and date set.

Your welcome to use your dessert credit for any order placed within 1 year of invoice sent. Rescheduling is subject to [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] calendar & availability

REFUNDS & DISCLAIMER

All Sales are final due to our product. Once all payments have been made there. are No Refunds! As noted above in the event a credit will be added to your account to be used on future invoice within the 1-year agreement. No Refunds!

NON-TOXIC DISCLAIMER: [Mary’s Sweet Treatz ]Depending upon the design your order may contain non-toxic items such as highlight dust [typically used for drips and splatter] Such as Rose Gold,Silver,Metallic finishes sprays,& disco glitters are non- toxic.These products are used for enhancing decorations only and are not edible or FDA APPROVED. Please email Marys’ Sweet Treatz01@gmail.com] if you would like to decline this particular decoration..

RETAINER PAYMENT

When placing your order, the full payment is due at the time of ordering, and the invoice being sent in order to secure the order and date.

Orders will not be confirmed & added to [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] until the retainer is paid in order to allow all interested customers a chance to book.

Your order will be cancelled & your date may become unavailable in the event your retainer is not paid

PACKAGING & CARE: [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] will notify you of care instructions prior to or during pickup or delivery. You are responsible for providing a level surface and suitable environment for your desserts.

We strongly advice against placing your desserts outdoors or in direct sunlight.[Mary’s Sweet Treatz]is not responsible for any damages to your order due to outside elements, setups, transport, or any other thing thereafter.

PACKAGING YOUR DESSERT WILL ALWAYS BE PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY AND SECURE FOR Travel. IT IS BEST to place your desserts on flat surface such as the floor of your car or truck. Your dessert should never be placed on the seat of you car. During transportation of your dessert we can’t guarantee desserts will be delivered by a specific time due to inclement weather ,accidents, natural disaters. and any other causes beyond my control.

LIABILITY & CHANGES: [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] Once you leave with any product, you are accepting it is an approved item.Marys Sweet Treatz is not responsible or liability for any damage that may arise related to your product once your order has been picked up or delivered and in your hands.

CHANGES: After payment has been made if you have to update anything on your invoice for any reason there will be a $5 fee to update and reprint your invoice. IT is your responsibility to thoroughly review all details of your order prior to payment. If [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] is not notified of any changes to be made prior to your order, we will assume the agreement and move forward with fulling the order according to the invoice details.

Servings & Decor/ TIERED CAKES we recommend that our cakes are placed on flat surface.Our tiered cakes has dowels in them for support and to ensure the safety of your dessert. Directions will be giving or located on your dessert box. The servings size noted on the order is based on personal research. [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] is not responsible for any cake shortage.

INEDIBLE DECOR: Silk Flowers, Real Flowers, will be wrapped in floral tape to keep your food safe. Acrylic toppers, Toys, Crowns, Support Dowels, Cake Balls, Card stocked toppers , metallic sprinkles are decorative items are not to be consumed (inedible) and any other decor products are to be removed from your dessert order prior to consumption. You acknowledge that these products are not food products and maybe harmful to you and anyone if consumed.

ALLERGY DISCLAMIER: Please be advised that [Mary’s Sweet Treatz] PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR Have come in CONTACT WITH MILK, WHEAT, EGGS, SOY, TREE NUTS AND PEANUTS AND ANY OTHER ALLERGENS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY GUEST OF ANY POSSIBLE ALLERGENS. Mary’s Sweet Treatz are not responsible for allergic reactions, conditions or harm resulting from inedible or non- toxic decor pieces. It is the sole responsibility for the client to advise their receipient that certain decor pieces are inedible, non- toxic. Sole responsibility will be attributed to the client.

[Mary’s Sweet Treat] IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS ,Medical Conditions or ANY Harms resulting from inedible or non- toxic decor pieces. As A Result Of Consumption. IT IS the sole RESPONSIBILITY of the customer to advise their recipient that certain decor pieces are inedible and non – toxic. .Sole Responsibility will be attributed to the customer.

Pick up

Please set a time that works best for you. You will not be able to change pick up time in the same day!

Let us know when you arrive

Please arrive on time to pick up as someone will be meeting you at the pick up location.

There is a 15 minutes grace period after that there will be a late fee of $10 that must be sent.

Delivery fee $25 for all custom cakes 🎂
